   Vidasis@ Oral Matrix has obtained U.S. FDA 510(k) clearance, marking it as China's first SIS-based oral biomembrane product to achieve this certification!It is prepared by using the acellular porcine small intestinal submucosal matrix material (SIS material) with complete independent intellectual property rights of Biosis Healing as raw material. It features a dual-layer structure design and is manufactured by non-cross-linking process. It is applicable to the preservation of tooth extraction socket sites, maintaining or preventing the movement of filling materials, and is a powerful guarantee for tissue repair and efficient osteogenesis.


Non-Crosslinked Process: Chemical-free, no additives ensure safe degradation and absorption, eliminating residual foreign material and reducing patient discomfort.


High Bioinductive Activity: rich in bioactive components[1], enhances cell adhesion, tissue regeneration, and rapid mucosal coverage over defects, accelerating recovery.


Dual-Surface Architecture: dense side acts as a barrier[2] to prevent epithelial/connective tissue invasion into bone defects, effective for up to 8 weeks; porous side promotes vascularization, initiating tissue repair and guided bone regeneration, woven bone formation within 6 weeks.


Infection Tolerance: anti-bacterial mechanism, isolates and protects wounds while tolerating infection[3], making it clinically superior for oral applications.

   Vidasis@ SIS/HA Composite Dental Bone Graft Material is composed of non-crosslinked porcine small intestinal submucosa (SIS) extracellular matrix-derived collagen and hydroxyapatite, developed with fully independent intellectual property by Biosis Healing. This bioactive collagen-based bone filler is designed for dental bone defect repair when used in combination with barrier membranes, including: Post-extraction socket filling (tooth extraction or residual root removal), Alveolar ridge restoration, Repair of alveolar bone defects caused by periodontal disease.


   The product is rich in SIS bioactive collagen, offering low immunogenicity and advantages such as excellent biocompatibility, promotion of tissue regeneration and repair, and acceleration of angiogenesis. It effectively enhances bone repair and regeneration, cell infiltration, rapid vascularization, and osseointegration, while reducing patient discomfort and expediting the healing process[4].

   Unique elastic scaffold Structure resists deformation or displacement caused by external forces, significantly improving implant material stability.

   Superior hydrophilicity and malleability allows surgeons to cut and shape the material as needed, adapting to diverse bone defect morphologies, thereby streamlining clinical procedures and enhancing operational efficiency.
