From November 25^th to 26^th, 2022, the 17th Annual International Congress of Hernia Surgery in Asia and the Pacific Region (17th APHS 2022) was held in Ho Chi Minh City, the largest port city and economic center of Vietnam, once known as "Paris of the East".

Annual International Congress of Hernia Surgery in Asia and the Pacific Region, organized by Asia-Pacific Hernia Society, is an academic gathering of experts and scholars in the field of hernia surgery in the Asia Pacific region and even the world, representing the most advanced hernia surgery concepts and technical levels in the Asia Pacific region and even the world.

Dr. Chen Jie, President of Asia-Pacific Hernia Society and Professor of Hernia and Abdominal Wall Surgery, Beijing Chaoyang Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University, led the team to attend the conference. At the meeting, a number of hernia surgery experts from Chaoyang Hospital showed the superb medical skills and academic style of Chinese hernia surgeons on the world stage through academic speeches, live surgery broadcasts, theme debates and other forms.

Biosis Healing Hernia Graft is a class III medical device approved by the National Medical Products Administration. It is made of non-cross-linked extracellular matrix source biomaterials (SIS materials) with independent intellectual property rights to remove the risks of immunogenicity and retain the natural extracellular matrix structure and active components, which can induce endogenous regeneration and repair and realize tissue functional regeneration after implantation. It can be completely degraded in the body, and has the advantages of infection tolerance and anti-adhesion.
